How does it work?

The Phoenix challenge cycles through 2 phases, adapting to your level of commitment:

Rebirth

  • Your foundation. Light, progressive, and forgiving, it builds habits, awareness, and consistency. It helps you stay mindful and intentional with your actions, recognize when you stray, and learn to course-correct.

  • As it allows for flexibility around your lifestyle, this phase is ideal if you’re busy with work, family, or other life obligations that make full commitment difficult right now. It’s also for those exploring and building momentum before diving into something more extreme.

  • At the end of Rebirth (Week 5), you can choose to transition to Ignite or restart Rebirth to deepen your foundation.

Ignite

  • For those ready to make the leap and prioritize their quality of life and healthy lifespan above all else. Remember, to provide for and care for others, you must care for yourself first.

  • This phase is about fully committing to the Tenets, pushing your limits, and embracing discipline to achieve peak performance.

  • Ignite challenges you to take control of your health and unlock your full potential, proving what’s possible when you make yourself your top priority.

My name is Kevin, and I’ve always pushed for peak performance—starting as a chess champion, then a competitive gamer, and later a professional poker player.

After completing my Doctorate in Pharmacy, I built my career in strategy consulting before becoming an entrepreneur.

For years, I sacrificed my health (without even realizing it) for short-term wins—working late nights, running on just 5 hours of sleep, and enduring relentless pressure, only to party every weekend in a futile attempt to escape the grind.
Like many, I believed pushing harder was the only way to achieve success.

I convinced myself I was immune to the consequences.

But life has a way of humbling you. A close encounter with death and the loss of a close family member shattered that illusion of invincibility I had been living with for so long.

Three transformative months trekking in South America inspired the creation of the Phoenix Challenge, built on the principle that sustainable peak performance and a healthy life must go hand in hand.
It became my personal mission—a journey to defy aging, optimize health, and unlock one’s full potential.
